Marathon Petroleum Company LP seeks a Lead HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR partnership for the refinery organization. You will influence talent, organization, and workforce priorities, acting as a trusted adviser to business leaders across multiple locations and time zones.

You will develop people strategies, support performance and compensation, and lead change initiatives while guiding policies and employee relations for a dynamic energy company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; HR/IR or related field preferred.
• 6+ years of related HR experience; lead/partner experience preferred.
• Experience in petroleum, utilities, or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement HR strategies aligned with business needs through influence and change management.
• Build and maintain relationships with leaders to drive talent reviews and succession planning.
• Promote inclusion and opportunity in the workplace and support enterprise HR priorities.
• Guide employees and leaders on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Provide leadership coaching, needs assessments, and organizational development support.
