Continental Resources, Inc. is seeking an Experienced HR Business Partner to align people strategy with business priorities. You will advise leaders on workforce planning, performance, employee experience, and complex employee relations while collaborating across HR centers of excellence.

You will work with leaders on strategic staffing, talent management, and development initiatives, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

Formación

• Experience translating business priorities into people strategies and measurable actions.
• Ability to manage complex employee relations matters with fairness and compliance.
• Strong business acumen and ability to link people actions to business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as strategic HR advisor to client groups and translate priorities into people strategies and actions.
• Develop workforce plans with leaders, including critical roles and succession risks.
• Advise on organizational design, change management, and workforce capability.
• Strengthen talent reviews, succession planning, and internal mobility with leaders.
• Coach managers on goals, performance feedback, and development planning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on strategic staffing and onboarding.
