Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
• Experience analyzing data to guide workforce planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to execute workforce strategy and relevant employee life cycle functions and other organizational development efforts.
• Provide daily performance management guidance to organizational leadership and support leaders in addressing complex employee relations matters.
• Act as a mediator between managers and employees to improve work relationships and retention.
• Utilize workforce analytics and HR technologies to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.
