Job summary

ProPetro Services, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business units and operations.

The role focuses on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, talent development, compensation, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. The candidate will collaborate with leaders to align people strategies with business goals, strengthen engagement, ensure policy compliance, and foster a high-performing, safe work environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years progressive HR experience.
• Experience in employee relations, investigations, performance management, and compliance.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence leaders across organizational levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Advise on employee relations, investigations, and policy compliance.
• Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
• Analyze compensation actions and internal equity.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and HR analytics.
