Job summary

ProPetro is seeking an HR Manager to serve as a strategic partner for business units and operations. This role drives employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, talent development, compensation analytics, and policy compliance to foster a high-performing, safe work environment.

Lead HR operations, develop the HR team, and ensure alignment of people strategies with business objectives across oilfield services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
• Five or more years in progressive HR roles with employee relations & compliance experience.
• Experience with investigations, PM, and employment law compliance.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence leaders and build relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership for workforce planning, org design, succession, and talent management.
• Identify workforce risks and propose practical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Advise on employee relations, investigations, performance management, and policy adherence.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning with Talent Acquisition.
• Analyze compensation actions, equity, promotions, and market competitiveness.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS for efficient operations.
