Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Partner to serve as the day-to-day HR partner for a defined client group.

You will own people-related execution, manage employee relations, investigations, and performance processes, and partner with HRBPs, Legal, and Benefits on accommodations and policy interpretation. You will drive calibration, succession planning, and development initiatives, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, investigations, performance management, and manager coaching.

Responsibilities

• Employee relations and investigations: Lead workplace investigations from intake through resolution and documentation.
• Performance and talent execution: Run the annual performance review cycle for the client group, calibrations, and manager training.
• Compensation execution: Partner with Total Rewards and HRBPs to execute the annual compensation cycle for the client group.
• Talent development: Partner with leaders on individual development plans for high-potential talent; support succession planning.
