Job summary

Rosendin seeks an experienced Human Resources Partner to serve as the field-facing HR expert for its client group. You will drive employee relations, investigations, performance management, and leadership coaching across the lifecycle while collaborating with HRBPs and Centers of Excellence.

You will own escalation management, talent development plans, and organizational changes with a focus on practical, compliant HR solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with employee relations, investigations, performance management, and coaching.
• Experience partnering with front-line and mid-level leaders to execute HR programs.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance relevant to field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace investigations from intake to resolution with HRBPs and Legal collaboration.
• Manage annual performance review cycle and calibration discussions.
• Coach managers through difficult people decisions, including terminations and compensation conversations.
• Partner with Total Rewards and HRBPs on compensation cycles and job description documentation.
• Provide field intelligence on engagement, retention, and morale signals.
