Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Human Resources Partner to serve as the day-to-day HR partner for a defined client group, focusing on employee relations, policy execution, and performance management across the organization.

You will lead investigations, coach managers, and manage compensation cycles while collaborating with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to support workforce planning and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including employee relations.
• Experience with investigations, performance management, and coaching.
• Preferred HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace investigations from intake to resolution.
• Advise on accommodations in partnership with Legal and Benefits.
• Run the annual performance review cycle for the client group.
• Coach managers through difficult people decisions and provide guidance.
• Partner on compensation, talent reviews, and workforce planning.
