Rosendin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Sterling, VA (onsite) on a contract basis to lead full-life cycle recruiting. You will partner with leadership from sourcing through offer acceptance, drive recruiting programs, and advance college recruitment while maintaining strong pipelines and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for higher potential growth.
• HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years in recruitment with full-cycle experience.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS databases, Taleo preferred.
• Strong sourcing for active and passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting for regular, temporary, full-time, and part-time roles from sourcing to offer.
• Develop and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill openings and build a healthy pipeline.
• Build relationships with leadership and act as recruiting partner throughout hiring.
• Proactively source candidates, including networking and cold calling.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain privacy.
• Coordinate college recruitment events as a Company representative.
• Manage job postings, applicant correspondence, resumes, and interview scheduling.
• Maintain applicant files per policy and retention requirements.
• Create and maintain reporting and compliance metrics.
• Assist with immigration processes (H1-B).
