Job summary

Amazon Minneapolis is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with hourly workers and business leaders, delivering talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence through data-driven HR initiatives. You will lead strategic and tactical HR programs, coach leaders on performance, and champion inclusive talent practices while deploying AI-enabled tools to improve the employee experience in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires onsite presence at an Amazon facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience as blue badge/FTE.
• 2+ years of HR or equivalent experience across operations, customer service, retail, distribution, etc.
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns, root causes, and fair policy application.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in employee experience and performance.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and team development.
• Ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR tech, AI, and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch service.
