Amazon is hiring an HR Business Partner to support a large hourly workforce and management in a high-output fulfillment environment. You will drive talent management, employee engagement, and internal customer service while leveraging data-driven insights and HR metrics to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years HR experience or equivalent across operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing.
Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and talent management.

Responsibilities

Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns, addressing root causes, and ensuring fair policy application with compliance.
Use data analytics to identify trends and implement proactive solutions at the site level.
Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and complex employee relations matters.
Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development and advancement.
