You may lead entry-level HR teams and own projects that enhance employee experience, partnering with business leaders to drive inclusive, high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2+ years HR experience or equivalent (e.g., operations, customer service).
• Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
• Strong ability to train and guide others on digital HR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns and applying policies fairly.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in engagement and performance.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on performance feedback and team development.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selections and development.
• Drive adoption of HR technology and AI to improve self-service and frontline support.
