Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support for hourly employees and leaders. You will partner with business leaders to drive talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence, using data-driven insights and HR metrics to deliver impact.

You may lead a team of entry-level HR staff and own projects that improve the employee experience, processes, and policy implementation onsite at an Amazon facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; 2+ years experience in HR or related fields.
• Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
• Strong ability to coach leaders on people management and performance.
