Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support for a large hourly workforce and business leaders. The role focuses on talent management, employee engagement, and delivering data-driven HR initiatives to improve the employee experience and business outcomes.

You will partner with leaders to drive strategic HR processes, support organizational culture initiatives, and manage complex employee relations matters.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or leading employee‑focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management
• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of HR experience or equivalent (operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns, addressing root causes, and ensuring fair policy application.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and implement proactive solutions at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on people management practices including performance feedback and team development.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement decisions.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions and AI while maintaining high-touch service at critical moments.
