Job summary

Amazon seeks an HR Business Partner within People Experience and Technology (PXT) to provide HR generalist support to a large population of hourly employees and business leaders, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

You will partner with site leaders to deliver HR initiatives using data-driven insights, lead projects that enhance the employee experience, coach leaders on performance and people practices, and sometimes manage a team of entry-level HR

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by aligning with policy and reducing risk while ensuring fair application of policies.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and implement proactive HR solutions at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on performance feedback, development, and complex employee relations matters.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions and AI to improve user experience and efficiency.
