Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide generalist HR support to hourly employees and business leaders. You will drive talent management, engagement, and operational excellence with data-driven insights and AI-enabled tools, while leading initiatives that improve the employee experience.

You will collaborate with leaders to implement inclusive talent practices, coach on performance and development, and manage complex employee relations to sustain a high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of HR experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver HR initiatives focused on talent management and employee engagement.
• Lead data-driven HR programs and drive adoption of AI-enabled tools for improved service delivery.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance, and inclusion initiatives.
• Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure policy compliance across sites.
