Amazon seeks an HR Business Partner to deliver HR generalist support to a large hourly population and business leaders. You will lead talent management, employee engagement, and operational HR initiatives, using data-driven insights to improve employee experience and drive outcomes.

You may lead entry-level HR staff and own projects that enhance the employee experience, while partnering with leaders to drive inclusive practices and high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred for advancement.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR generalist support to hourly employees and business leaders.
• Lead talent management, employee engagement, and performance initiatives.
• Advise leaders on people management and complex employee relations matters.
• Drive adoption of HR tech, AI, and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch service.
