Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of HR experience.
• Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).

Aufgaben

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and addressing root causes while ensuring policy compliance.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, predict challenges, and implement proactive solutions at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs with leaders to drive improvements.
• Coach leaders on people management, including performance feedback and team development.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement decisions.
• Drive adoption of HR technology, AI, and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch service in critical moments.
