Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide comprehensive HR generalist support to a large hourly workforce and business leaders. You will lead talent initiatives, employee engagement programs, and operational HR excellence onsite at an Amazon facility.

You'll partner with leaders to implement equitable talent practices, drive data-driven improvements, and coach teams in effective people management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 2+ years of human resources or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver HR initiatives focused on talent management and employee engagement.
• Define and drive HR programs using data-driven insights to improve employee experience and business outcomes.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and complex employee relations matters.
• Support equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement decisions.
• Drive adoption of HR technology, AI, and self-service tools to improve user experience and efficiency.
