Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to a large hourly workforce and leaders. You will partner with business leaders to drive talent management, employee engagement, and a high-impact employee experience on-site at an Amazon facility.

You will leverage data analytics, HR metrics, and AI-enabled tools to design and deliver innovative people strategies, coach leaders, and improve processes that foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
2+ years in human resources or equivalent (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing) experience.
Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and applying policies fairly.
Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements at the site level.
Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
Coach leaders on people management, including performance feedback, team development, and complex employee relations matters.
Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement decisions.
Drive adoption of HR technology, AI, and self-service tools.
