Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to a large population of hourly employees and leaders, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

You will partner with business leaders, leverage data-driven insights, coach leaders, and drive HR processes, including performance, development, and inclusion initiatives, while working onsite at an Amazon facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 2+ years of human resources or equivalent experience (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and ensuring fair application of policies while maintaining compliance.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive measurable improvements in employee experience and business performance.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs; maintain floor presence to gather insights and drive improvements.
• Coach leaders on people management practices, including performance feedback, team development, and complex employee relations matters.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement decisions.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools to enhance user experience and process efficiency.
