You will influence policies, lead engagement initiatives, coach leaders, and ensure fair, compliant talent practices while delivering high-touch service in critical moments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of HR or equivalent experience (operations, customer service, etc.).
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes (onboarding, investigations, training, talent management).
• Preferred: Master's Degree or MBA.
• Experience handling employee relations and workplace investigations.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns, addressing root causes, and ensuring fair policy application while maintaining compliance.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, predict challenges, and drive improvements in employee experience and business performance.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs; maintain floor presence to gather insights and drive improvements.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, team development, and complex employee relations matters.
• Ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement decisions.
• Drive adoption of HR tech, AI, and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch service in critical moments.
