You will drive talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence with data-driven insights. The role emphasizes coaching leaders, shaping inclusive talent practices, and implementing HR technology to enhance employee experience while maintaining high-touch service for critical moments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 2+ years of human resources or equivalent experience across operations, customer service, distribution, or similar.
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, or talent management).

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns, addressing root causes, and ensuring fair policy application.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive practical HR initiatives at the site level.
• Lead employee engagement strategies and recognition programs to improve experience and retention.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and complex employee relations matters.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection and development.
• Drive adoption of HR tech, AI, and self-service tools to improve usability and service delivery.
