Amazon Inc. seeks an HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders and deliver HR initiatives focused on talent management, employee engagement, and internal customer service.

You will drive data-driven insights and may lead entry-level HR staff, owning projects that enhance employee experience and business outcomes on site in Dallas.

The role balances strategic and tactical responsibilities, requiring strong business acumen and a focus on inclusive, high-performing teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 2+ years of human resources or equivalent experience across operations, customer service, or logistics.
• Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, or talent management.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders to deliver HR initiatives for talent management and engagement.
• Provide HR generalist support to hourly employees and leaders on culture and inclusion.
• Leverage data to drive HR decisions and improve employee experience.
• Coach leaders on performance, development, and complex employee relations matters.
• Guide equitable talent practices across selection and advancement.
