Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to a large population of hourly employees and business leaders. The role focuses on leadership development, employee experience, and operational excellence within NACF PXT teams in North America.

You will work onsite at an Amazon facility, partnering with leaders to drive inclusive talent practices, use data analytics for proactive solutions, and lead HR process excellence across onboarding, investigations, training, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management

Responsibilities

Improve site effectiveness by applying policy with minimal risk.
Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in employee experience.
Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
Coach leaders on people management and employee relations.
Partner to ensure inclusive talent practices across selection and development.
Drive adoption of HR tech and AI while maintaining high-touch service.
