Amazon's North American Sort Center (NASC) HR team seeks an HR Business Partner to provide generalist HR support to hourly employees and leaders across NASC operations. You will drive talent management, employee engagement, and internal customer service, leveraging data insights and HR tech to improve employee experience.

Responsibilities include coaching leaders, championing inclusive talent practices, and delivering high-touch service during critical moments.

Qualifications

Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred for advancement roles.
2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).

Responsibilities

Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and ensuring fair policy application while maintaining compliance.
Use data analytics to identify trends and implement proactive solutions at the site level.
Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
Coach business leaders on performance feedback, team development, and complex employee relations matters.
Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement.
