Job summary

Amazon is hiring an HR Business Partner to support hourly employees and business leaders within NACF PXT. The role blends strategic and tactical duties, delivering HR initiatives focused on talent management, employee engagement, and internal customer service.

You will partner with leaders to drive HR processes, coach on performance and inclusion, and leverage data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to enhance the employee experience and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2 years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Experience leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, and talent management.
• 2 years of human resources or equivalent (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing) experience.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns and root causes while ensuring policy compliance.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in employee experience and performance.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on people management practices, performance feedback, and team development.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools to improve user experience.
