Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support for hourly employees and business leaders. You will lead talent management, employee engagement, and internal customer service initiatives, using data-driven insights to improve outcomes on-site.

You may also lead a team of entry-level HR staff and own projects that enhance the employee experience across the NACF PXT function at an Amazon facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 2+ years HR experience or equivalent experience in operations, customer service, retail, or logistics.
• Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver HR initiatives focused on talent management and employee engagement.
• Leverage data-driven insights and HR metrics to drive business impact.
• Lead or coach a team of entry-level HR staff and own projects to improve employee experience.
• Execute core PXT processes and guide talent development and performance management.
• Promote equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement decisions.
• Drive adoption of HR technology, AI, and self-service tools while ensuring high-touch service at critical moments.
