Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Clarksville, TN is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to a large hourly workforce and leaders, driving talent management, employee experience, and operational excellence.

You will partner with leaders to implement data-driven HR initiatives, lead projects, and coach teams on performance, inclusion, and engagement, while delivering high-touch service onsite at an Amazon facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and ensuring fair policy application while maintaining compliance.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, predict challenges, and implement proactive HR solutions at the site level.
• Coach leaders on performance feedback, team development, and complex employee relations.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement decisions.
