Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks an HR Business Partner to provide generalist support to hourly employees and business leaders. You will drive talent management, engagement initiatives, and operational HR excellence while leveraging data-driven insights and AI-enabled tools.

You may lead a team of entry-level HR staff and own projects that enhance the employee experience, partnering with leaders to foster an inclusive, high-performing culture onsite in Mt. Juliet, TN.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns, addressing root causes, and ensuring fair policy application while maintaining compliance.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and implement proactive solutions at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs; maintain floor presence to gather insights.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and employee relations.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement decisions.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch service.
