You will collaborate with leaders to implement talent processes, coach on people management, and champion inclusive practices, while delivering HR initiatives onsite at an Amazon facility.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management.

Responsabilidades

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns, addressing root causes, and ensuring fair policy application.
• Use data analytics to predict trends and drive improvements in employee experience and business performance.
• Coach leaders on performance feedback, team development, and complex employee relations.
