OneDigital Investment Advisors LLC is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to translate client missions and values into actionable HR strategies and programs that drive business objectives. You will define and operationalize HR strategies for clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective stakeholder management.

You will engage with executives to understand goals, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver robust HR solutions across compensation, performance, training, and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 10–15 years of progressive HR generalist experience with knowledge of employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, training, and process improvements.
• MBA preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
• Experience in consulting, leadership, supervisory or managerial roles with demonstrated client retention and results.

Responsabilités

• Provides innovative, cost-effective HR strategies to clients across service areas including strategy, coaching, market intelligence, compensation, performance management, counseling, and risk management.
• Regularly engages with clients to understand mission, vision, values, goals and measurements to align HR strategy.
• Leads project management to deliver on time with quality; manages budget and resources for client engagements.
