• Collaborate with management as a strategic advisor to identify and prioritize HR initiatives that align with strategic goals.
• Align HR policies and programs to promote engagement, retention, and performance.
• Coach leaders and managers on performance, compensation, and benefits.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to management.
• Support organizational change initiatives using change management principles.
• Provide coaching and feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Work with global HR partners and process owners.
