The role requires strategic advisory skills, strong business acumen, and experience with HR metrics, Workday, and talent management. Relocation is available and onsite work is required.

Qualificações

• Education: Degree or equivalent experience desired.
• Business acumen: Knowledge of business concepts and processes for sound decisions.
• Knowledge of Organization: Align capabilities with business goals.
• Decision making: Ability to analyze situations and judge outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with management as a strategic advisor to identify HR initiatives.
• Align HR policies to promote engagement, retention and performance.
• Coach leaders on performance, compensation and benefits matters.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Lead a team of HR professionals and collaborate with Centers of Excellence.
