Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent experience.
• Progressive experience in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, or related fields.
• Proven experience consulting and influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to improve recruiting efficiency and experience.
• Lead design and adoption of process improvements driving operational excellence.
• Develop and execute change management for recruiting initiatives and tech.
• Consult with leaders on selection assessments and hiring decisions.
• Leverage analytics to measure program effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Drive initiatives to improve time-to-hire and quality of hire.
• Redesign recruiting processes for seamless end-to-end experiences.
