Job summary

EY is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support Human Resources workflows within the Talent Enablement Center. The role focuses on processing complex HR transactions, documenting issues, and coaching junior team members to uphold EY's high standards.

You will collaborate with EY Recruiting and Talent teams, balance transactions, and ensure timely, accurate results while adhering to TEC policies. The position offers growth within a globally connected practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1-3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions with minimal supervision, following standard TEC procedures.
• Understands the expectations of customers and delivers service that exceeds customer’s needs within department guidelines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Anticipate clients’ needs, identifies and resolves issues that impact the delivery of quality service.

Responsibilities

• Process and review complex HR transactions per TEC policies.
• Provide coaching to less experienced team members.
• Balance and reconcile HR transactions in detail.
• Escalate questions or discrepancies to leadership.
• Collaborate with EY Recruiting and Talent teams on processing issues.
• Prepare, contribute and may run reporting as directed.
• Meet production volume and quality standards.
• Support special projects as requested.
