The Operation Coordinator role supports HR transactions within EY’s Talent Enablement Center, guiding complex processes with limited supervision, coaching less experienced teammates, and collaborating with EY Recruiting and Talent teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1-3 years related HR experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions and issues with minimal supervision, following TEC procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Anticipate clients’ needs and resolve issues impacting service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries by analyzing the activity and performing necessary actions to reach resolution.
• Use proven judgment to apply concepts and guidelines; prioritize assignments and propose solutions for barriers.
