Job summary

EY is seeking an Operations Coordinator within the Talent Enablement Center (TEC) to support HR processes. This role handles complex HR transactions, provides coaching to junior team members, and ensures adherence to TEC procedures with limited supervision.

You will interact with EY Recruiting and Talent teams, prepare and run reports, and escalate issues as needed. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience are typical requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1-3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions and issues with minimal supervision, following standard TEC procedures.
• Understands the expectations of customers and delivers service that exceeds customer’s needs within department guidelines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Anticipate clients’ needs, identifies and resolves issues that impact the delivery of quality service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries by analyzing the activity and performing necessary and appropriate actions to reach resolution, including non-routine inquiries.
• Use proven judgment and experience in applying concepts and guidelines; follows through on commitments and takes responsibility for results; effectively prioritizes assignments; identifies and proposes solutions for barriers to leadership.
