Job summary

Trinity Health seeks a strategic advisor to implement strategy and support operations, projects, programs, and service delivery outcomes across the organization.

The role oversees planning, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of programs and initiatives, collaborating with leaders and providing advanced analytics and workforce management insights through BI tools and UKG platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business/ administration, information technology, or related field.
• 5+ years’ work experience in workforce management, project management, business analytics, etc.
• 3+ years’ experience managing smaller projects and interfacing with executive leadership preferred.
• 2+ years working independently in autonomous environments.
• Experience with BI reporting tools or dashboards (Power BI and Tableau).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365/Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mentorship capability.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultative support to Trinity Health leadership in strategy implementation and service initiatives.
• Leads workstreams; manages processes, policies and procedures; communicates and trains staff.
• Develops, implements and monitors project plans; ensures on-time delivery within budgets and specs.
• Analyzes data; develops dashboards/reports to support decision-making and performance.
• Trains clinical and non-clinical staff on new systems and BI tools; improves operational capabilities.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations and organization policies.
