Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Manager of Human Resources to drive HR strategy across recruitment, employee relations, and equal opportunity. Based with RapidScale, you’ll blend HR mastery with industry insight to resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.

The role balances tactical tasks (tickets, emails, reporting) with strategic support, including leader coaching and performance management. Hybrid schedule with travel up to 25% may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, organizational behavior, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred; professional HR certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement HR strategies with leadership to support org objectives.
• Provide consultative HR support to managers including performance management and organizational change.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA).
• Oversee employee relations by conducting investigations and handling escalated issues.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, retention, and equal employment opportunity compliance.
• Manage HR operations including payroll, benefits enrollment, unemployment and workers' comp, HRIS, and communications.
