Job summary

Spectrum, a leading telecommunications provider, seeks a Manager, Human Resources to drive HR strategy across recruitment, employee relations and compliance. You will partner with leadership to implement initiatives that meet business goals and enhance the employee experience.

The role requires 5+ years of HR Generalist experience in a multi-location environment, a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, organizational behavior, related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Human Resource Generalist experience in a multi-location environment.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with leadership and drive HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement short and long term HR strategies that support organizational objectives and simplify the customer experience.
• Provide consultative HR support to managers and supervisors on performance management and organizational change.
• Ensure legal compliance with federal, state and local employment laws including FLSA, FMLA and ADAA.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, ethics reports and policy administration.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies with EEO and affirmative action compliance.
• Manage HR operations including payroll, benefits, unemployment and HRIS maintenance.
• Lead and develop direct reports, participate in labor relations negotiations and manage budget.
