Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Manager, Human Resources to drive HR strategy across recruitment, employee relations and equal opportunity employment. You will partner with leadership to implement initiatives and resolve complex issues in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing recruiting and onboarding, ensuring legal compliance, managing payroll and benefits, and leading HR projects and budget with a team of HR professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, organizational behavior, related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Human Resource Generalist experience in a multi-location environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support objectives and streamline processes.
• Provide consultative HR support to managers on performance, development and change.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADAA).
• Oversee employee relations investigations and policy administration.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding and retention with EEO and affirmative action compliance.
• Manage HR operations including payroll, benefits, unemployment, workers' comp, HRIS and communications.
• Lead and develop direct reports, participate in labor relations negotiations and manage the HR budget.
