Spectrum is seeking a Manager, Human Resources to drive HR strategy across recruitment, employee relations and equal opportunity employment. You’ll partner with leadership to implement initiatives in a fast-growing environment.

This hybrid role balances strategic coaching with day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits and HRIS, while ensuring compliance with FLSA, FMLA and ADA standards. Join Spectrum and help shape our workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, organizational behavior, related field or equivalent
• 5+ years of Human Resource Generalist experience in a multi-location environment
• Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA) and EEO requirements
• Experience leading investigations, employee relations and coaching managers
• Experience with payroll, benefits, HRIS and compliance reporting
• Strong communication, confidentiality and project-management skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support objectives.
• Provide consultative HR support to managers on performance and development.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local employment laws.
• Oversee employee relations investigations and policy administration.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding and retention strategies with EEO compliance.
• Manage HR operations including payroll, benefits, unemployment, workers’ comp and HRIS.
