Job summary

Spectrum, a leading communications provider, seeks a Manager of Human Resources to drive HR strategy across recruitment, employee relations and equal opportunity. In RapidScale, you’ll partner with leadership to implement initiatives that address complex issues in a high-growth environment.

This hybrid role blends tactical tasks with strategic HR support, including coaching leaders and managing talent and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, organizational behavior, related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Human Resource Generalist experience in a multi-location environment.
• Master’s degree preferred for advancement.
• PHR/SPHR or equivalent HR certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligning with business objectives.
• Provide consultative HR support to managers on performance, development, and organizational change.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and policies.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, and ethics reports to ensure fair treatment.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies with EEOC compliance.
• Manage HR operations including payroll, benefits, unemployment, workers’ comp, and HRIS.
