Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• 3+ years of HR Generalist/HR Manager experience across HR areas.

Responsibilities

• Provides HR advice and consultation to employees and management, including coaching on performance management issues.
• Implements, disseminates, and monitors policies, programs in training, compensation, compliance, and benefits.
• Oversees maintenance of employee data such as personal data, compensation, benefits, and performance evaluations.
• Monitors compliance with federal, state, and local laws relating to equal employment opportunity and unemployment.
• Coordinates with division operations and HR staff on employment activity within the division.
• Assists in investigations regarding employee complaints and concerns.
• Participates in local management meetings and influences personnel decisions.
• Coaches managers on performance management and identifies training needs and conducts sessions.
• Conducts HR audits and supports succession planning and talent management.
