Job summary

Under limited direction, you will implement strategic HR initiatives, maintain records, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Travel up to 60% may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR generalist/manager experience with broad HR responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provides HR coaching and counseling on performance issues and policy interpretation.
• Implements and communicates HR policies, programs, and procedures across staffing, benefits, training, and compliance.
• Maintains employee records and supports audits, terminations, promotions, and investigations.
• Coordinates with division operations and HR staff on hiring, compliance, and employee relations.
