Republic Services is seeking an HR Manager to partner with local management and drive the human resources function for assigned divisions. You will oversee staffing, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits while aligning with regulatory programs and company initiatives.

In this role you will implement strategies, monitor compliance, coach managers, and identify training needs. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this dynamic, multi-location

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; minimum 3 years of directly applicable HR experience.
• Experience as HR Generalist or HR Manager covering staffing, training, employee relations, compliance, benefits and compensation.
• Ability to coach and counsel managers on performance management and policy interpretation.

Responsabilités

• Provide HR advice and consultation to employees and management, including coaching on performance issues.
• Implement and monitor company policies in training, compensation, compliance and benefits.
• Maintain employee records and data including compensation, benefits, tax data and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and handle investigations as needed.
• Collaborate with division operations and HR staff on all employment activity and succession planning.
