Republic Services in Tampa, FL seeks a Human Resources Manager to partner with local management and drive HR across staffing, training, benefits, and compliance. You will lead employee relations, performance coaching, and policy implementation while aligning with corporate programs and regulatory requirements.

Travel up to 60% may be required as you coordinate with facilities, operations, and HR teams to support leadership development, succession planning, and audits.

Formación

• Provides HR advisory to employees and management, including coaching on performance issues.
• Implements, disseminates, and monitors policies, programs and procedures in training, compensation, compliance, and benefits.
• Oversees employee data such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, evaluations, and terminations.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws including EEO and affirmative action.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates with division operations and HR staff on hiring, employee relations, and compliance.
• Assists in investigations regarding employee complaints and concerns.
• Identifies training needs and develops leadership sessions and onboarding/training programs.
• Performs HR audits and supports succession planning and talent management.
• May oversee other HR staff and travel up to 60% of the time.
