Responsibilities

• Provides HR advisory and consultation to employees and management, including performance coaching and policy interpretation.
• Implements and monitors HR policies, programs, and procedures in training, compensation, compliance, and benefits.
• Oversees employee data records including compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance and separations.
• Ensures division compliance with federal/state/local laws and equal employment opportunity regulations.
• Coordinates with operations and HR teams on hiring, employee relations, compliance, and terminations.
