• Administer staffing, training, benefits, compensation, and compliance locally.
• Maintain employee records and oversee HR data.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and EEO/AA requirements.
• Coordinate with operations and HR staff on hiring, relations, compliance, and terminations.
• Conduct training, new hire orientation, and leadership sessions.
• Assist with investigations and local management meetings.
• Support succession planning and talent management.
• Travel up to 60% as required.
